You may not know me, but my name is Thierry Adler. I'm a Warlock and my author is Avrin Kelly. She thinks I'm pretend.
*Chuckles*
Anyway, Avrin is one of those people that likes obsess over stupid shit---rather than doing what she should be doing, (preparing for the apocalypse), she's worried about writing a book. I can't entirely blame her, because that book is about me, and obviously my story needs to be told. But---- I suppose, if I could give her a few tips on writing about me and my world/life, they would be the following:

Do not underestimate the fact that using magic is an expenditure of energy. Obviously, if I Pulse to the next dimension over on a whim, I have to replace that energy somehow-- and quickly.
Usually by consuming large amounts of red meat. Meditation helps also, but it's no substitution for thousands of calories. Using magic burns energy; pure and simple. After any magical endeavor, I need to recharge. Quit forgetting about that, because it's important. I'm not Superman.
Me and Tess DID NOT have insta-love. Get it right. She was hot, yeah, but LOVE her after 2 days? ,,,, uh, I think not.
At best, I felt bad for the chick. She was going through a lot at the time and had promised too many people a piece of her.
Also, she was temperamental and wouldn't ask for help, which I found irritating at first. Yeah, eventually I fell for her, but it took a lot. We spent a good amount of time together (trying to stay alive mostly) and nothing bonds two people like having a common enemy.
I don't think I have as many daddy issues as you think I do. I'm not scared of him (obviously not now, because he's dead) but I never was. When you grow up trying to impress someone you're told you're supposed to impress and it never happens, yeah, feelings get hurt. But it certainly didn't break my heart that he hated me. It made me a little sad, but like I said, he's dead now. It's in the past.
These events will make sense eventually if you channel them right. Just keep trying, you're at least 7% of the way there. I'm joking.
You can tell this story.
Quit worrying about it making sense right now and just take down notes as they come to you.
My life didn't make much sense to me either until I was able to view it in hindsight--- and I lived it. So, just keep trying. You'll figure it out eventually and see the whole picture.
Lastly, you joke about hexing people a lot, and you know as well as I do that you can't hex some asshole over the internet.
I really wish you could, but you can't. Stop bullshitting people or you're gonna have the Scholarly Council on your back.
That is all.
